Welcome to Shivam Digitals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and Shivam Digitals ("we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile platforms, and printing services.
By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at shivamdigitals.com or placing any order with us via website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-store, you acknowledge that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or acting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of the Republic of India.
- If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Services
Shivam Digitals provides professional printing and customisation services including, but not limited to:
- Digital, offset, and screen printing on various substrates
- Business cards, flyers, brochures, and leaflets
- Banners, signage, and large-format prints
- Custom apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and promotional merchandise
- Personalised gifts (mugs, pillows, keychains, mobile covers)
- Stamps, ID cards, calendars, and corporate stationery
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Pricing, materials, and product specifications are subject to change.
Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after we have received full or agreed partial payment and have acknowledged your order via email, WhatsApp, or phone confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices for bulk or custom orders will be quoted separately and are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, NEFT/IMPS, credit/debit cards, and cash (in-store only). We do not accept cheques.
Coupon Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes (e.g., PRINT15) may be applied at checkout subject to their specific terms. Codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time.
Artwork & Design Files
Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork is print-ready (correct resolution, colour profile, bleed margins, and fonts).
- Recommended file formats: PDF (print-ready), AI, EPS, high-resolution JPEG or PNG (minimum 300 DPI at print size).
- You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content in your artwork, including logos, photographs, fonts, and brand assets.
Colour Accuracy
We print in CMYK colour mode. Colours displayed on screens (RGB) may differ from the printed output. We are not liable for colour variations that fall within standard industry tolerances of ±10%. If you require a colour proof, please request one before proceeding (additional charges may apply).
Important: We will not be held responsible for print errors arising from low-resolution files, incorrect colour profiles, missing bleed, or typos/errors in the artwork approved by the customer.
Design Services
Where we provide free or paid design assistance, final approval rests with the customer. Once you approve the design proof, we are not responsible for any errors thereafter. Design files created by our team remain the property of Shivam Digitals until full payment is received.
Turnaround & Delivery
Production timelines begin only after payment confirmation and receipt of print-ready artwork. Estimated timelines:

- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Free delivery applies to orders above ₹5,000 within serviceable pin codes. Delivery charges for other orders vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
- Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report damage within 24 hours.
- In-store pickup is available at our Faridabad press during working hours.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will offer a reprint or refund in the following circumstances:
- The product has a manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong size, damaged in transit).
- The order received differs significantly from the approved proof.
- A defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will NOT process refunds for:
- Errors in the artwork approved by the customer (typos, wrong images, incorrect colours in approved files).
- Colour variations within industry tolerance (±10%).
- Orders cancelled after production has commenced.
- Dissatisfaction with a product that was produced as per the approved proof.
- Delays caused by the customer (late artwork submission, late approval).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Shivam Digitals website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Shivam Digitals or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
By submitting artwork to us, you grant Shivam Digitals a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your artwork for any other purpose without your written permission.
You warrant that your artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Shivam Digitals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your artwork or content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to print or produce:
- Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
- Material that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism.
- Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Counterfeit currency, official documents, or fraudulent identification materials.
- Any content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of the intended recipient's jurisdiction.
- Content that is misleading, defamatory, or harassing to any individual or group.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, violates these restrictions. Orders found to contain prohibited content after production may be cancelled without refund, and we may report the matter to appropriate authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shivam Digitals shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
- Any damages arising from errors in customer-supplied artwork.
- Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes amicably. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our customer support team.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. For significant changes, we may also notify registered customers via email.
